🚫 Return & Refund Policy –

"Returns are not accepted for custom, made-to-order, or dispatched products. However, claims for products damaged during transit or incorrectly supplied products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and will be reviewed for replacement or credit."

📦 Damage During Delivery

• Send an email with your order number and clear photographs of the damage.

• We will assess and may offer a replacement or credit, at our discretion, based on evidence provided but usually replacements are not done at all and in transit may arise some breakages.

🔄 Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Once packed or dispatched, the order is final and non-refundable. Also in a rare cases we may provide an alternative.
