At BrickTiles.in, we manufacture and supply high-quality, made-to-order clay brick tiles for cladding and decorative use. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

❗ Why Are Returns Not Accepted?

• All tiles are custom-packed based on individual orders.

• Variations in color, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of clay-based products.

• The fragile nature of brick tiles makes return shipping unsafe and increases risk of damage.

📦 Damage During Delivery

• Send an email to support@bricktiles.in with your order number and clear photographs of the damage.

• We will assess and may offer a replacement or credit, at our discretion, based on evidence provided but usually replacements are not done at all and in transit may arise some breakages.

🔄 Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Once packed or dispatched, the order is final and non-refundable. Also in a rare cases we may provide an alternative.
